Production Unit

The total area is 62,000 sq. ft where production area is 50,000 sq. ft. with the production capacity of 17,700 metric tons per annum. For our continuous improvement we follow ISO 9001:2015 in our production unit. 

We have wide range of automatic extrusion lines of latest German technology and also automaticcentralized mixer in order to mix up raw material in appropriate ratio to increase quality. We have our own laboratory and R&D departments with well-equipped instruments and experienced technical persons in order to test our products of every batch. We have Injection Moulding Machines of Japanese Technology &appropriate moulds from HI-TECH made from 2316 German material due to which consistency in products like dimensionally accuracy, internal and external surface will be superb.
